Refund/ Retum Policy
At Grecianlook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better. Please review the following policy for returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Swimwear and underwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

Accessories such as socks and hair accessories

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a promotional discount
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.

You will receive a return authorization email with instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the completed return form.
4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a error on our part.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

Follow the same return process and indicate your desired new size or color in the return notes.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
6. International Returns
Customers outside of our main shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days at grecianlook@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
8. Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or with special discounts may have different return conditions. Please check the product page or promotional terms at the time of purchase.
